One Bedroom Apartments

All of our units have views of trees and/or natural surroundings and the experience of living alongside nature and local wildlife. This is incredibly special when you consider the convenient access to the Highway 101 and other Bay Area locations.

There are multiple layouts of apartments and no two apartments are the same. Some apartments do not have windows in the bedroom. Instead they have custom over-size French Doors that allow you to control the amount of light and view at all times of the day or night. This layout is ideal for someone who desires total darkness and quiet for optimal sleep. 

Most of our apartments have an open concept kitchen and living area where you can be in the kitchen and still enjoy the unobstructed views of the hills and/or trees out the windows and slider door onto the deck/patio. The majority of our apartments have panoramic views of the Marin Hills and private decks from which to enjoy the views. Select units have views of the Marin Hills and water views of the San Pablo Bay and wetlands. Hillside units have either private patios or decks with views of our local hillside and surrounding forest. Some hillside units have fenced back patios that look directly onto the hillside at the local animal game trail where our wildlife move around the area. 

All units have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including dishwashers, abundant cabinet and drawer space in the kitchen, wall-to-wall carpet, updated fixtures, crown molding, modern energy efficient lighting and hardwood vinyl type flooring in the kitchen and bath. All units have large walk-in closets, and many units feature larger than average closets.
